What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data such as IP address, browser, and referrer. We do not run marketing cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
Why we process it
We use the data you provide to respond to you, to send the occasional market or property update if you have subscribed, and to maintain basic records of our client relationships. Our lawful basis is your consent (for marketing communications) and our legitimate interest in running a small brokerage and advisory practice (for enquiry handling and record-keeping).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. When the work requires it — for example, a legal or tax partner involved in a specific transaction, or our hosting provider storing the data on our behalf — we share the minimum necessary information with a small set of trusted third parties under written confidentiality arrangements. We never share enquiry data with developers, sellers, or other brokers without your express permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client records are retained while the relationship is active and for three years afterwards, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention. Newsletter subscriptions are retained for as long as you remain subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email we send you.
Your rights

- Correction — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Objection — object to specific processing, including direct marketing.
- Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format.
