All Seasons Blatina Homes — A-Frame Chalets in Kolašin

All Seasons Blatina Homes introduces a limited collection of A-frame mountain homes in Blatina Valley, Kolašin. Set within a 10,000 m² development site, the project includes 14 homes positioned on generous private plots of approximately 600 m².

The location combines privacy, mountain views and access to Kolašin's growing lifestyle infrastructure: approximately 3.5 km from the town centre, 14 km from the ski resort, 3.4 km from the golf course and 2 km from Glamhill Resort & Spa.

The homes are designed around a warm mountain-living concept, with large glazed openings, high living spaces, fireplace, underfloor heating, air conditioning and garden areas suitable for outdoor dining, relaxation, sauna, jacuzzi or permaculture use.

One-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts are available, with furnished and unfurnished pricing options. Selected premium river plots (plots 7, 8 and 9) are available, including homes with private sauna.

Payment schedule for the standard price: 20% deposit, 30% at foundations, 30% at roof, 10% at windows, 10% at handover. For the cash / upfront price and the Leaseback-Cashback programme: 20% deposit and 80% at preliminary contract signing.

A Leaseback-Cashback programme is available for selected buyers, under which the developer acts as tenant at a fixed annual rate and prepays the lease for up to ten years, reducing the buyer’s initial outlay. Terms subject to agreement.

The project has received approval from the Chief City Architect of Kolašin. Building permit is expected by June 2026, with construction planned to start in 2026 and estimated delivery within approximately 12–18 months from commencement.
