Aura Premium Complex, Building D

Building D is the next to start in the Aura Premium Complex, a development of six buildings in Lastva Grbaljska holding a hundred apartments and a hundred and forty garage spaces in total. Because it has not started yet, it carries the widest choice in the complex.

Nine studios are available. Four on the ground floor at 38.62 m², 34.04 m², 38.99 m² and 28.91 m²; three on the first floor at 33.41 m², 38.76 m² and 28.89 m²; and two on the second floor at 34.15 m² and 38.99 m². The price runs from €2,600 to €2,800 per square metre depending on the payment schedule agreed, so the entry price for the smallest studio is around €75,100. A garage space is available separately at €18,000.

Delivery is planned two years from the start of works, with a six month allowance.

Aura Vittalis has delivered Aura Time and Aura Tower in Rafailovići and Aura Mora, Aura Alijansa and Aura River in Budva. All buildings hold a construction permit and the full set of documents, and are delivered turnkey. Buying directly from the developer removes the 3% real estate transfer tax.

Lastva Grbaljska sits in the Grbalj plain between Budva and Tivat, a short drive from the beaches at Jaz and Trsteno, from Tivat and the airport, and from Budva itself. Buying at the start of construction is where the payment schedule matters most, and where the price per square metre is at its lowest.
