Crowne Plaza Kolašin is a four star IHG condo-hotel by Magnum Development, rising in the very centre of Kolašin, one hundred metres from the main town square. The condo model combines personal use, rental income through the hotel and access to the full platform: spa with indoor pool, fitness club, a 270 m² restaurant with lounge bar, boutiques, room service and private transfers to the airport and the ski slopes. The project holds a place on the Government of Montenegro list of tourism development projects and is designed as an energy efficient building, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

Kolašin is the strongest mountain destination in the country: the Kolašin 1450 and 1600 ski centres with over forty kilometres of trails are eleven and thirteen kilometres away, Biogradska Gora national park is at the doorstep, and the new highway puts Podgorica and its airport at around an hour.
