Montenegrina Residence is a boutique complex of 39 luxury apartments in the Dubovica-Rozino neighbourhood of Budva, with every apartment facing south toward the sea behind floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The building carries a full five star platform: reception with concierge, spa with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, a fitness centre, restaurant and café, an infinity outdoor pool with a bar, two levels of underground parking, landscaped gardens of 3,300 m² and round-the-clock security. Payment is flexible: a discount for full payment, or 50% on contract with the balance in instalments until completion.
