Mountain Retreat by Dukley, Type 1 Residence

Unit 5A4, a 68 m² residence on a single level in chalet 5, with a net area that includes its terrace. It is the only Type 1 unit currently available and the entry point into the project.

Mountain Retreat by Dukley is a premium community of ten chalets on the southern slope of Bjelasica, in the protected area around Biogradska Gora National Park, set between the town of Kolašin and the Kolašin 1450 ski centre. Two ski centres sit two and a half and four kilometres away, and the units range from duplex lofts to apartments over two and three levels. Residents have concierge service around the clock, private security, a smart home system and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Construction is complete, which in the Montenegrin mountain market is still the exception rather than the rule. Kolašin works in both seasons, winter on the slopes and summer in the national park, and the new highway puts Podgorica and its airport at around an hour.
