Ownership works as a partnership with the operator: the apartment is rented out through the hotel with no additional costs for the owner, profit is shared according to points assigned to each unit, and the owner keeps up to sixty days of personal use per year, which for a two bedroom means real family holidays rather than a token stay. The payment plan runs 20% at precontract, 50% in instalments until handover and 30% in instalments over the sixteen months after. Construction runs in three phases, building A completes in mid 2027 and the last building in 2030.
