Renovated Two Bedroom Apartment, Central Tivat

An apartment in the centre of Tivat that has already had everything done to it. The layout gives two hallways, a living room with a dining area opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen with its own entrance from the hallway and a second opening to the dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a terrace of its own. There are two wet rooms: a bathroom with a laundry area behind it, and a separate toilet.

The renovation was done with first grade materials throughout rather than in stages. Electrical and plumbing installations were replaced, Grohe fittings and sanitaryware fitted, first grade parquet and ceramics laid, and underfloor heating run through the bathroom, the toilet, both hallways and the kitchen. LG inverter units cool and heat every room. The aluminium joinery has sliding doors and windows with electrically operated shutters. The furniture is Italian and made to measure, the kitchen carries Bosch appliances, and the laundry room holds a Bosch washer and dryer. A storage cellar belongs to the apartment.

The building has a lift and the apartment sits on the second floor facing south, which in Tivat means light through the day and the terrace usable from spring to late autumn. Monthly outgoings are modest: utilities on meters and around €15 for building maintenance.

The centre of Tivat puts the marina, the promenade and the town's restaurants within a walk, with the airport a few minutes by car. There is no dedicated parking space, as is the case throughout the town centre.
