Botanika Villas, The Peaks Golf Residences

Five villas in the Botanika neighbourhood of The Peaks: three and four bedroom homes of 338 to 385 m² total area, each with around 200 m² of interior space, generous terraces of 39 to 55 m², private gardens and pools, and up to 116 m² of exclusive outdoor grounds. Botanika Villas are the first golf villas in Montenegro, set on the upper plateau of Luštica Bay around the future eighteen hole course. Deliveries run from December 2027 to December 2029, with a payment plan of 20% at contract, 50% in quarterly instalments until delivery and 30% in quarterly instalments over the two years after.
