Ownership works as a partnership with the operator: the penthouse is rented out through the hotel with no additional costs for the owner, profit is shared according to points assigned to each unit, and the owner keeps up to sixty days of personal use per year. Larger units carry the highest point allocation in the building, and the payment plan runs 20% at precontract, 50% in instalments until handover and 30% in instalments over the sixteen months after, with discounts of 2% and 4% for faster settlement. Construction runs in three phases, building A completes in mid 2027 and the last building in 2030.
